For new B2B businesses in Canada

Your first sales process, built in a week.

You started a business to do the work, not to sell. We give you a sales process that fits what you sell: who to call, what to say, and honest feedback on every call you make.

How it works

Five steps from zero to a full calendar.

Built on a working sales method from a career salesperson, not a template. Each step feeds the next.

  1. Tell us what you sell

A guided interview about your business, your customers and your offer. You get a sales playbook: who your ideal customer is, why they buy, the questions to ask and how to answer the usual objections.

  2. Get your pipeline

A simple tracker set up for your business. Every lead, every call, every next step in one place. No complicated CRM to learn.

  3. Get your prospect list

Businesses that match your ideal customer, with the right person to ask for. Real prospects, not a bought list.

  4. Get ready for every call

One call framework that sounds like you, plus a short brief for each prospect: what they do, what is likely costing them, and two ways to open.

  5. Get coached on real calls

Record your calls and get specific feedback on each one: what worked, what to change, and what to try next time. You get better every week.

The hard part

The scripts are easy. Picking up the phone is not.

Most new owners know they should be calling. Very few do it every week. That is the problem we are built to solve.

Small daily targets

Five calls in a 30-minute block beats fifty calls you never make.

A weekly check-in

Calls made, meetings booked, one thing to improve. Someone notices when you stop.

Progress you can see

Your call scores and booked meetings, week by week.

Who it is for

Businesses that sell to other businesses.

A good fit

  • Commercial cleaning and maintenance
  • Trades selling to builders and property managers
  • Bookkeeping, IT and other business services
  • Signage, print and fit-out
  • Wholesalers and suppliers

Not a fit, yet

  • Shops, cafes and salons selling to the public
  • Businesses that want an AI to make calls for them
  • Bulk email or text campaigns

Compliance, handled

Calling the right way, built in.

Telemarketing in Canada comes with rules. We set you up to follow them from your first call.

Do Not Call registration

We walk you through registering with the National Do Not Call List, which applies even when you only call businesses.

Your do-not-call list

One click marks a prospect as do not call, and it stays that way.

Calling hours

Calls are planned inside permitted hours, in your prospect's time zone.

Recording notice

Every call opens with a short notice that it is recorded for training.

Founding pilot

Ten BC businesses. Six to eight weeks. Hands-on.

During the pilot we run the full process with you personally, alongside the software as it is built. Pilot members help shape the product and keep their founding price.

Questions

Good questions.

Will the AI make calls for me?

No. You make the calls. People buy from people, and a real conversation is what wins work. We prepare you for every call and help you get better after it.

Is it legal to record my sales calls?

In Canada, a person taking part in a call can record it. Privacy law still expects you to tell the other person, so every call opens with a short notice. If you call outside Canada, different rules can apply.

Do I need a CRM already?

No. Your pipeline is set up as part of the service. If you already use one, we can work alongside it.

I have never sold anything. Is that a problem?

That is who this is for. The playbook and call framework are built from what you already know about your work.

Where is my data kept?

In Canada. Your call recordings and customer data stay here.
